Most nominals with a basic form ending in -i do not have a separate
inflectional stem, but endings are attached directly to the basic form itself
(and consonant gradation and vowel change rules consequently apply,
§15, §16). These nominals of the type tunti ‘hour, lesson’ include the
following. The + symbol indicates that the form has undergone consonant
gradation.
